Say, were you wearing this same getup at Fanime 2012? If so, we totes saw you there (we were RED spy and BLU Scout's mom). The welding dress idea is very inventive. Definitely the best take on an outwardly female Pyro I've seen, especially given that this interpretation fits the zeerust feel of the game better than any of those 'unzipped catsuit' Pyros that folks keep putting together. You and your collaborator should both be proud.
